This project introduces an AR smart glasses system designed to transform the house-hunting experience. The system overlays property information directly onto the real-world environment, allowing users to explore neighborhoods through an intuitive and immersive interface.

As users move closer to a property, the interface dynamically shifts from distance-based overviews to detailed information such as pricing, layout, and availability. An integrated AI assistant provides real-time recommendations, neighborhood insights, and voice-controlled tour scheduling.
